The 2015 MTV Video Music Awards were hosted by Miley Cyrus today, and with producers of the ceremony nervous about what the twenty-two year old will get up to, the show has been broadcast with an intentional live delay.
Miley arrived on the red carpet today wearing some silver sparkly straps, knee high boots, and…well not much more.
