Capital Grill Sour
Ingredients
- 45ml Rock Melon Infused Jim Beam Rye
- 30ml Lemon
- 30ml Honey Muscovado Sugar
- 30ml Egg Whites
- 5 dashes of Peach bitters
- Rock Melon Slice with nutmeg
Method
1. Mix together all ingredients until thoroughly combined
2. Pour into glass and garnish with rockmelon slice and dusting of nutmeg
Perfect Bubbles
Ingredients
- 20ml Beefeater Gin
- 20ml Dolin Chamberyzette Strawberry Apertif
- 20ml Nectarine Shrub
- Sparkling Wine
- Chocolate Covered Strawberry
Method
1. Combine all ingredients and shake well to form cocktail.
2. Serve in glass of choice and garnish with chocolate coated strawberry.

Passionfruit Caipirinha
Ingredients
- 1/2 fresh lime cut into wedges
- 2 tsp of organic fine raw sugar
- 90ml passionfruit pulp with seeds
- 45ml Cachaça
- Mint stalk and thin slice of lime for garnish
- Lightly sparkling mineral water (optional)
Method
1. Add lime wedges and sugar to a short glass and muddle by pounding and pressing with a wooden spoon until sugar is dissolved.
2. Fill glass with ice and add passionfruit pulp, Cachaça and a splash of mineral water. Garnish with mint and lime dipped in sugar.
