Fashion icon-turned-director Tom Ford drew an impressive star-studded crowd for the premiere of his debut film, ‘A Single Man’ in London last Tuesday.
Amongst the swarm of fashionable, famous faces was star of the film Colin Firth, model Lily Cole, Liz Hurley, Stella McCartney, Eva Herzigova and Valentino- who all braved the frightfully chilly air and fronted up in support of their friend.
Mr Ford not only directed, but also financed the film- starring Colin Firth as a gay British university professor living in Southern California in 1962 who struggles to find meaning in his life since the car accident that killed his longtime partner.
In true Tom Ford fashion- The film features an impressive Mad Men style wardrobe and is set amidst a killer backdrop of 1960s architecture.
