ACP Magazine’s annual 30 Days of Fashion and Beauty is set to begin in September and the magazine giants have just announced it-girl Alexa Chung as their international ambassador.
Yesterday, Zara Phillips married in to the royal family as Prince William, Kate Middleton, Prince Harry and more looked on.
Rumours that Megan Gale will be announcing a collaboration with L’Oreal Paris are flying all over the web. We check them out.
Alexa for ACP 
British model and television star Alexa Chung has just been announced as ACP Magazines International Ambassador for 2011.
The front-row style icon will be making her way to Australia for the 20 Days of Fashion and Beauty with her first scheduled appearance being a press conference to be held on August 31st.
September 1st marks the launch of 30 Days of Fashion and Beauty and guests at the kick-off event will be listening to Alexa’s choice tracks, as she will be the special guest DJ for the night.
We can’t wait to have Alexa in Sydney and we’re seriously hoping she sticks around to enjoy the Australian spring time so we can try to catch a glimpse of her shopping around Sydney.
Zara Phillips Wedding 
Over the weekend at Cannongate Kirk in Edinburgh, Scotland famed equestrian star Zara Phillips was made a royal when she wed Prince William’s cousin Mike Tindall.
The gorgeous bride wore an ivory silk and duchess satin gown by Stewart Parvin with a beautiful tiara from her mother-in-law, a silk tulle cathedral veil and Jimmy Choo shoes. 300 guests looked on as the bride and Tindall, who is also the captain of England’s rugby team, were wed.
Before the wedding, the bride told People, “My wedding will be nothing like Kate and William’s. For a start, there won’t be anywhere near as many people. It will be a lot smaller, just close family and friends.”
Kate Middleton surprised no one when she recycled her wardrobe for the event, choosing the cream coat she wore to Laura Parker Bowle’s wedding in 2006. For the Friday event yacht reception, she did it again wearing a Diane Von Furstenberg dress of green silk, the same she wore to an event in LA.
Megan Gale for L’Oreal 
Twitter and the blog were abuzz with rumours that Megan Gale will be announced as the new face of L’Oreal Paris this week.
Nothing has yet been confirmed and L’Oreal are keeping quiet about the rumours but if it were true, the Project Runway host and face of David Jones would be joining celebs such as Beyonce, Penelope Cruz, Eva Longoria and Gwen Stefani in the L’Oreal family.
