On the home front, as the school year is in full swing, I confess to being one of those mums that struggles with fresh ideas for the lunch box. With so many things to avoid, it’s hard to get my head around what to include. Our contributing expert Anthia Koullouros had me at hello with her inspired, simple and nutritious lunch box ideas.
