Another day another exciting iPhone update.
Apple today announced the newest version of its iOS System, the OS X EI Capitan. The update comes as a much-needed refinement, fine-tuning the existing iOS 8 problems. So what’s in store for Mac’s iOS 9?
Apple is working to make the iOS 9 update available to older Mac laptops and computers, iPhones and iPads so prepare to have your Apple experience enhanced with improved system performance and longer battery life.

The system upgrade features enhancements to window management, built-in apps and Spotlight searches for a faster and more effective computer. The system-wide performance upgrade allows you to tap into your Mac’s full power. And don’t forget about your friend Siri! Siri will be integrated into a new feature called Proactive that will make scheduling events, searching your computer and keeping in touch much easier. It’s like having your own personal robot assistant!
Not only will you be able to get to your emails quicker, but the whole windows system will be cleaner and less crowded, leaving you with more desktop room for the more important things (holiday photos and happy snaps).
Apple’s updated HealthKit will now track more than just your weight and blood glucose levels. The newest edition will include a “Reproductive Health” tracker to monitor your period cycle. No news yet on whether it can cure the cramps but we have our fingers crossed!
Have an important site you want to access more easily? You can pin your favourite sites – like Rescu- to Safari so they’re active and ready to go when you are. iOS 9 allows you to delete messages with the swipe of a finger and juggle multiple emails on the one screen. Sharing photos, videos and files has never been easier with El Capitan.
The program preview is available in the Mac Store as of today.
