It’s very much a mixed bag romantically speaking this month as Venus makes various links with the other planets, sometimes harmonising beautifully and sometimes clashing rather badly!

Venus is the planet of love and abundance so if you have an interest in either of these, then it’s worth paying attention to her! Here are the Venus dates for the month of August 2016:
August 1 – Venus clicks with Uranus – this could be a great day for sudden turnarounds related to love and/or money
August 6 – Venus moves into Virgo – especially good news for Virgos and Pisceans and people with either of those two signs rising…
August 7 – Venus clashes with Mars – male/female relations and money matters could be extra tense.
August 14 – Venus clashes with Saturn – if you feel like there isn’t enough love or money to go around, wait a few days and things could have changed considerably.
August 15 – the first glimmer of happier days as ~Venus and Neptune connect. Great for true lovers, not so good for shonky relationships beleaguered with trust issues
August 18 – passion and romance are in the air as Venus and Pluto combine
August 25 – a day to mend a broken heart as Venus and Chiron connect but could also be painful if you’re with someone who is pushing all your buttons
August 27/28 – the most romantic time of the month as Venus and Jupiter link up – date night alert!
August 30 – Venus moves into Libra and the lovers of the world unite!
