Prada launches record breaking perfume bottle, Kiehl’s will attempt their own record, L’Oreal introduces guilt free styling and is Shane Warne’s look natural?
It had to be Prada. The fashion and fragrance house has realeased the first ever 900ml perfume bottle. The Prada Candy Deluxe Edition towers over it’s 2011 counterpart rivaling the perfume statements of Chanel No5, with it’s first male face, Brad Pitt, and Lady Gaga’s Fame, the perfume to feature black liquid.
Not to be outdone, the Candy 900ml fragrance is priced at cool £2,500 and is soon to be available at Selfridges in London. The super juice, with notes of white musk, caramel and benzoin, is presented in a candy pink leather case.
Would you buy a 900ml bottle of perfume?
So you may have noticed a few changes in Aussie cricketing star, Shane Warne’s appearance after stepping out with new squeeze, Elizabeth Hurley.
But Liz says her fiancé appearance is “au naturel”.
“It’s strange. I love him looking like that, he was beautiful,” she said during an interview for UK TV show Lorraine when shown a photograph of Warne playing cricket several years ago.
“He retired from international cricket before I met him, but even before I met him two years ago he was still much bigger because I guess he had been bowling, or whatever he did. But as far as being slimmer, I have to say it’s entirely him.
“He has never had any surgery and he is not on a diet. He doesn’t wear make-up, God gave him those eyelashes – it’s annoying. They are very curly and he pulls them out all the time. For the record he is au naturel – he doesn’t get any assistance, especially not from me.”
What do you think? Has Shane had any work done?

if you’re a self confessed straightener junkie, but worry about the damage it’s doing to your hair, you’re in for a treat! L’Oréal Professionnel has introduced the SteamPod – the world’s first steam straightening system.
SteamPod delivers a continuous stream of high-pressure steam directly to the heart of the hair strand. The steam gently opens up the hair cuticle, progressively warming up the fibre in order to prevent heat shock. The repairing treatment is then delivered to the core of the fibre, the cuticle is smoothed down and the ends are sealed for instant and visibly smoother hair.
RRP: $270 available from L’Oreal Professionnel salons. Call 1300 651 141 for stockists.
