It was medieval times on steroids at Vivienne Westwood, “Vivienne had a reference of the long braids of medieval times and we built on this by incorporating silk georgette fabrics and polythene in to the braids” said Sam McKnight, Global Stylist Ambassador for Pantene Pro-V. For the show, Sam created either one middle plait or two side plaits, either with a centre parting or with a central panel of hair that was smoothed down towards the back of the head.
