Sumac Sour
Light, fresh and crisp, this drink combines Ketel One Citroen Vodka, Yoghurt, Dill, Cucumber, lemon and sesame, in an ice filled wine glass dusted with spices. Experience the exoticism of the Souk.
45ml Ketel One Citeron
25ml lemon
25ml sugar
2 barspoons natural youghurt
egg white
1 large slice cucumber
dash sesame oil
pinch of dill
Glass: Wine glass, rimmed with sumac, salt, sugar and pink peppercorn mix.
Method: Mix well with aero latte whisker, then shake and strain over chipped ice.
Garnish: Dill, cucumber, rimmed glass.

Inspired by the most famous princess in Arabic Literature. Coffee, Cynar, Port, and Ketel OneVodka, with a pinch of salt. Accompanied by Turkish Delight, this is a short sweet treat fit for a king (or princess to be!) guaranteed to keep one awake.
30ml Vodka
30ml Coffee
30ml Hanwood Port
20ml Cynar
20ml Spiced Agave Nectar
1 pinch salt
2 drops rose water
Glass: Punch cup
Method: Shake and Strain

A fiery after dinner concoction with a combination of Dates, Ron Zacapa Rum, Don Julio Reposado Tequila, Johnnie Walker Gold label, and Chocolate bitters. Served in an ornate copper cup.

20ml DJ Repo
20ml Date Syrup
2 dashes bitter truth chocolate bitters
Method: Blaze and throw into a warmed copper cup, on plate
Garnish: Side serve fresh dates drizzled with honey, a Cinnamon Quill and an orange twist in the glass.
