Michelle Bridges is perhaps the biggest local name in health and weight loss books. The Biggest Loser trainer has published numerous bestsellers teaching us how to build and maintain a healthy lifestyle, whether it’s losing those stubborn last five kilos to a delicious recipe collection.

 

Her newest book is Everyday Weight Loss. It’s a small book bursting with handy advice- 365 days worth of advice that is.

Everyday Weight Loss is a book designed to keep you motivated and inspired while on your fitness journey.

It’s incredibly difficult to keep your commitment levels consistently high and Bridges’ book has “365 bite-sized bits of inspiration, information and motivation” to keep you focused.

The book contains everything from compelling statistics to favourite quotes and smart nutritional hints. Bridges is a firm but positive coach who encourages action and dismisses all those excuses you engineer for not exercising or eating right.

Her enthusiasm is infectious and the morsels of information she provides will get you energised and excited about lacing up those sneakers- no, really!

About the author: Michelle Bridges became a household name when she first appeared as a trainer on Channel Ten’s hit reality weight-loss show The Biggest Loser.
