Bob Harper is the universally beloved blue team trainer from the The Biggest Loser America. Harper is a renowned motivator of people, capable of toughness while also displaying a deep well of human empathy.

   

In his recent bestseller The Skinny Rules Harper has devised a comprehensive lifestyle change for readers, simplifying it into 20 basic rules.

Some of these rules include: “Don’t Drink Your Calories; Eat Protein at Every Meal and No Carbs After Lunch.”

While it includes some science, Harper assumes that if you’ve bought his book, you believe he knows what he is talking about. The Skinny Rules does avoid making the ridiculous promises you’ll find in fad diet book. Instead, Harper tells you how he believes you need to adjust your lifestyle through using his rules and explains how to integrate them into your everyday life.

He also supplies clear menu plans as well as 90 recipes that can take you from breakfast all the way to dinner. He understands the time poor factor so talks about how we can cook ahead of time, as well as which foods are essential to have in your fridge and pantry at all times.

This diet book is a worthy, no-nonsense guide that it about as instructive and clear as it gets.
