What do Jean Shrimpton, Snoop Dogg (Lion?), Georgia May Jagger and Kate Upton all have in common? They, and many before after them, have made the pilgrimage down under to Australia’s sporting mecca, Victoria’s Flemington Racecourse for Melbourne Cup Day.
Every year we are delighted, or very surprised, to see the celebrities in attendance of the annual race. So, who can you hedge your bets on seeing in fine form this year?
The Emirates Marquee toutes the big names for the dayy with Emirates Gigi Hadid, Frances Abbott, Montana Cox, Molly Meldrum, Geoffrey Edelsten and Gabi Grecko, Andrew Johns, Nicole Warne, Gyton Grantley, Tex Walker, Kate Waterhouse, Billy Slater, Stephen Curry, David Koch, Samantha Armytage, Demi Harman, Sam Lane, Jordan and Zac Stenmark in attendance.
The Lexus Pavilion will Emma Freedman, Jamie Durie, the cast of the Real Housewives of Melbourne: Gina Liano, Lydia Schiavello, Pettifleur Berenger, Gamble Breaux, Chyka Keebaugh, Janet Roach and Jackie Gillies. While the Samantha Armytage, David Koch, Chris Judd, Barry Hall, Natalie Barr, Jack Riewoldt, Matthew Lloyd, Stirling Mortlock, Cameron Ling, Nick Maxwell.
Swisse’s guests are Ashley Hart, Megan Gale, Shelley Craft, Benji and Joel Madden and G.H MUMM ‘Cote D’Azure By Day-By Night’ have requested the company of Bambi Northwood-Blythe, DJ Fred Falke, Alexandra Agoston, Shannon and Simon Vos.
Lastly the Johnnie Walker tent boasts Eddie and Carla McGuire, Sharon and Frank Van Haandel, Billy and Nicole Slater, Leo Burnett, Todd Sampson, Lisa Hamilton, Gyton Grantley, Melanie Vallejo, Tom Wren, Johnny Rollins.
