This week, Australian Men’s fashion label Politix have released a new campaign starring long-time ambassador Socceroo star Harry Kewell and released some seriously killer shots for their High Winter 2011 range. Over in New York City, Chanel played host to a star-studded dinner party as part of the Tribeca Film Festival. Meanwhile, there’s only two more sleep until the Royal Wedding and all we can think about is the dress!
Chanel’s Lavish Tribeca Dinner
Chloe Sevigny, Rose Byrne, Lauren Hutton, Jeff Koons and Naomi Watts were just some of the big names to grace the Odeon restaurant in NYC for Chanel’s Tribeca Film Festival dinner party. The iconic French fashion house dressed many of the guests including our own Naomi Watts who brought her Mum as a guest. Too cute!
The party comes a week after Karl Lagerfeld premiered his series of Magnum Ice Cream Ads starring Chanel favourite Rachel Bilson. In the ads, Rachel plays a supermodel who can only get her poses right after enjoying a Magnum.Check it out below!
Harry Kewell is the Face of PolitixAustralian brand Politix have just launched their High Winter 2011 range for men and have placed the scrumptious socceroo’s star Harry Kewell at the forefront of the campaign. Aussie photographer GerardNeedham shot the campaign which features Kewell alongside a pack of LA based male models and Aussie glamour girl Lisa Seiffert.
Along with their signature collection of denim and leather, the brand have added shoes, belts, scarves and jewellery to the collection so the boys are sorted in the accessory department. We love!
Wedding Dress Designer Remains a Mystery
The Royals sure know how to keep a secret. With just two sleeps until the Royal Wedding, we’re impressed that word on the wedding dress designer hasn’t got out yet. Despite endless speculation on the part of every fashion lover on the planet, Kate Middleton has managed to keep it quiet.
Some are saying the gown is being made inside Buckingham Palace in a bid to ensure nothing gets out and it is more than likely everyone involved with its construction has signed a watertight confidentiality agreement.
Stella McCartney, Phillipa Lepley, Bruce Oldfield, Daniela Issa Helayel, Sarah Burton and even Kate Middleton herself have all been named as possible designers. We’re sure it will be as iconic and memorable as Diana’s incredible gown and we just cannot wait to get the first glimpse on Friday!
