Who doesn’t like digging into a batch of freshly baked homemade cookies? With the cooler weather well upon us, Sydney based online dietitian, Chloe McLeod has developed a delicious and easy three step recipe for her Almond and Coconut Cookies. The recipe uses the new White Wings Gluten Free Plain Flour (available at Woolworths) and CSR Golden Syrup, and is prepped and cooked in just 20 minutes!
Almond and Coconut Cookies:
Ingredients:
2/3 cup almonds, roughly chopped
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
100g butter (melted)
1 cup White Wings Gluten Free plain flour
1tbspn CSR Golden Syrup
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. From the mix, make golf ball sized balls and place on baking tray.
3. Bake for 10 minutes at 180C or until cooked to your liking.
