At the first hint of sunshine, it’s time to emerge from our self-imposed winter seclusion and think about spring colour palettes. Here are the highlights from the latest colour collections hitting counters in August.

With a colour palette filled with forbidden fruit inspired deep purples, greens, blues and reds, the Yves Saint Laurent women is a dangerous seductress reminiscent of Eve. The collection is spellbindingly sexy with a mix of innocent and poisonous colours.

We cannot go past this new eye shadow palette, with shades of midnight blue, cobalt green, purples and violets. These deep and sensual colours create a hypnotic eye that isn’t for the faint hearted.
