Dior has set our hearts a flutter with the release of their latest must-have lipstick collection, Rouge Dior Haute Couleur- a range of 32 new lust-worthy shades, each inspired by an iconic Dior haute couture dress since 1947.
The entire collection celebrates the heritage of Monsieur- the man behind the label, whose love of the colour red has punctuated Dior runway shows since the 1940’s.
Paying tribute to the original limited edition Rouge Dior lippie, which was released in Paris in 1949, the latest Haute Couleur collection has been grouped into three distinct colour families of vibrant reds and corals, pinks and lilacs and beige and brown shades guaranteed to capture the heart of any high end lipstick connoisseur.
“We choose colours that reflect our emotions, not fashion. Lipstick is an object, a symbol and a signature.” Says Tyen, Creative Director for Dior Make-up.
Each stunning lipstick has been decadently formulated with the latest new generation product technology, including microspheres that are capable of absorbing 40 times their own weight in moisture, ensuring long-lasting lip plumping moisture and vibrant colour.
