Following years of ongoing speculation of feuding between the Sex and the City cast, Sarah Jessica Parker has admitted she has fallen out with her cast-mates in the past.
Having previously denied such reports, SJP has revealed to US Marie Claire magazine that the claws have come out on the film set between all four ladies including Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis.
“When you’re on set, you’re working 90-hour weeks, you’re never home, you’re exhausted. There are times when all of us have been sensitive and sometimes feelings get hurt. But I don’t have any regrets about how I’ve treated people.” SJP told Marie Claire.
Cynthia Nixon (AKA Miranda) agrees with Parker, saying: “It hasn’t always been smooth sailing. But the idea that we’re somehow adversarial is ludicrous.’
Kim Cattrall who plays the saucy Samantha Jones on the show weighs in on the tabloid gossip explaining that while there have been some issues in the past, ultimately the four ladies stick together.
“Nineteen-hour workdays are stressful, whether you’re driving a truck, working in a coal mine, or on a set and trying to be your brightest at 4 o’clock in the morning. But there’s a camaraderie that happened through all of that… the chemistry among the four of us is very strong.” Kim said.
We are just happy to hear the fabulous foursome are willing to put any arguments aside and go on with the show. Bring on Sex and the City 2!
