In terms of sheer luxury and lavish spectacle, Easton Pearson stands well above its peers. It seemed that their was no limit to the embellishment applied to their 13/14 collection with sequins, glitter and embroidery all contributing to texture in a series of dramatic looks.
Prints were bold as can be with electric blue (this season’s hottest colour) and white stripes, fuchsia florals and shimmering tropical textiles. Looks that could have clashed came together in a coherent celebration of luxury, the swinging sixties and tropical exoticism.
Easton Pearson’s gowns in particular sent a ripple of ‘ooh’s through the crowd. Perfectly sculpted bodices were combined with free-flowing floor length skirts covered head to toe in sparkle. The looks were regal in their extravagance and beyond compare in sophistication.
