Mes chéris, it was love at first sight with Lancôme’s Fall 2010 collection.
A rich colour palette of black, silver and cherry, Aaron de Mey’s second collection for Lancôme is simply dripping with Parisian chic.
The entire collection was inspired by three key figures of the Belle Époque period; Kiki de Montparnasse, Sarah Bernhardt and Edith Wharton, paying homage to the early 20th century Parisian woman. Although this fabulous collection references the past, it is also a celebration of the modern Parisian woman who is urban, chic and avant-garde.
We’ve fallen head over heels for the incredible, subtly illuminating La Rose Deco Blush (pictured). The light shimmery pink suits any skin tone and the packaging is stunning. The pressed cream eye shadows in silver, black and subtle pink are a dream to apply and seriously make the eyes pop.
There is just so much to work with in this incredible colour collection; we love!
Available at David Jones, Myer and selected pharmacies. Blush ($75.00) Eye shadow ($52.00)
