Hi there! It’s me again…. Guess what? I’m in love! No, I haven’t joined the “Cougar Town Cult”, but in this case, it’s all about a wonderful new product I’ve found that I’m dying to share with you that literally erases the years away.
So let’s just embrace the pink elephant in the (bath)room and talk sun damage.
At my age, I’m the Queen of Smoke and Mirrors when it comes to hiding it publicly, but in the bright, unforgiving, naked bathroom light, my décolletage and neck are similar in skin tone to BBQ Shapes.
So after all those endless hours as a naughty young thing baking myself in the sun (and yes, I’ll confess – the odd tanning bed) lathered in coconut oil like a Bounty Bar, I thought the only hope for this uneven discolouration would be a clinical treatment like laser or micro-dermabrasion (scaaaary!). That was until I trialled Shiseido’s White Lucent Brightening Serum for Neck and Décolletage.
From time spent modelling in Tokyo, I just know anything Shiseido does in terms of whitening is going to be top-shelf and indeed the results were impressive.
The spots and freckles on my décolletage actually diminished, thanks to the Spot Deacti-Complex (which FYI also reduces the chance of future age and sun spots appearing).
With the addition of Asian plant extracts and Xylitol, my skin texture took on a noticeably refined, even, silky-smooth appearance. My husband couldn’t believe that I actually turned the bathroom dimmer switch up full tilt from its permanent “soft, forgiving light” position for the first time ever!
So I am LOVING showing off my luminous, strapless radiance in as many glam cocktail dresses as possible!
