George Clooney Single
The ultimate dreamboat George Clooney is officially single.
In a joint statement from the actor and his once-partner Elisabetta Canalis, Clooney said, “We are not together anymore. It’s very difficult and very personal and we hope everyone can respect our privacy.” The pair have been steadily dating since 2009 and were spotted together recently at the stars Lake Como house after a brief stint in Italy where Clooney was working on an ad campaign.
Canalis’ publicist has released an additional statement saying, “It is a very personal and sad matter and Elizabetta 
wants it to remain that way. She will be taking some time… and then will face the press. She has not authorized me to say when the split happened.”
Paris and Nicole Back Together
Remember the days of The Simple Life? It doesn’t seem all that long ago that Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie were basically inseparable. Their huge and very public tiff was the end of an era and now we hardly ever see these two photographed together.
Last night that all changed when the mischievous duo were reunited to celebrate the launch of Charlotte Ronson’s latest I Heart Ronson line for JC Penny at the Roosevelt hotel in LA. A freshly single Paris (she confirmed her split from Cy Waits earlier that day) even tweeted to Nicole afterwards saying, “Bill, great seeing you tonight at #Iheartronson. You looked so beautiful! Love 
you. Love Sill J xoxo”
We love seeing the girls together and hearing Paris use their adorable nicknames again!
Kate Waterhouse Engaged
Aussie media darling and socialite Kate Waterhouse has just announced her engagement to boyfriend and former Rooster’s player Luke Ricketson!
The pair are currently in romantic Florence for her brother Tom’s wedding. While Tom was celebrating his own nuptials, he took the time to tweet, “Happiest news of the year. My sis is getting married. I’m so happy for you @KateWaterhouse7. Love you so much Katie and Luke.”
Her father also took the time to post, “Exciting news for Gai and me: Young Kate has accepted Luke’s proposal of marriage. In romantic Florence. Such wonderful news!”
27-year-old Kate and her husband-to-be 38-year-old Luke have been dating since 2006. Congrats to the happy couple!
