WHAT: Revlon Global Artistic Director, Gucci Westman, paired a glamorous, intense eye featuring highly volumised eyelashes with a delicate lip for Oscar de la Renta’s Fall 2012 collection, bringing forth the designer’s vision of a playful but proper young woman.
“I wanted the makeup to be gorgeous, but still look a little bit disheveled,” says Westman. “I put the focus on the eye by lining the top lid, added a mix of eye shadows and layered on lots of volumising mascara for a very intense lash look. I paired this with a soft, pink lip to add a bit of femininity.”
