Chai Chia Pudding
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup VitaSoy Soy Milky Lite
• 3 tablespoons chia seeds
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• pinch of ground cardamom
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/2 teaspoon ground all spice
METHOD:
1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until combined.
2. Refrigerate for an hour or so until set.
