In the Heidi Klum and Seal divorce saga, Seal has responded with his own filing and singer-now-actress Rihanna, and model-turned-actress Brooklyn Decker graced Sydney for the Battleship Premiere at Sydney’s Luna Park.
It has been reported that recently after supermodel Heidi Klum divorced from husband of seven years, pop singer Seal has responded to her divorce documents with a filing of his own.
Seal, according to TMZ has filed court papers to obtain joint physical custody of their children. In her original filing, Klum requested primary physical custody of the children, with Seal getting visitation rights. TMZ also reports that Seal’s filing indicates that the pair has “community and quasi-community assets,” and makes no mention of a post-nuptial agreement, which was highlighted in Klum’s divorce documents.
Both Seal and Klum have requested that the judge deny each other spousal support. Seal and Klum married in 2005 and have four children together, including the supermodel’s daughter from a previous relationship.
The pair issued a joint statement announcing their split in late January: “While we have enjoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul searching we have decided to separate. We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart. This is an amicable process and protecting the well-being of our children remains our top priority, especially during this time of transition. We thank our family, friends, and fans for their kind words of support. And for our children’s sake, we appreciate you respecting our privacy.”

Pop superstar turned actress, Rihanna, along with former Sports Illustrated model, Brooklyn Decker headed Down Under to promote the release of their new film, Battleship.
The two, along with their co-stars arrived fittingly by boat to Sydney’s Luna Park and were joined on the red carpet by members of the Australian Navy.
The film is inspired by the Hasbro game Battleship, but director Pete Berg said he added the aliens element to it after watching a Stephen Hawking documentary, warning people about communicating with aliens, in case one day they decide to respond – uh, we hope not!
As for choosing Rihanna for the role, “‘The navy have a lot of women in there and I was looking for somebody that … we hadn’t seen before in film, and I believed kind of had swagger, and could kick ass, and look at her – she’s got it,” Berg said.
Rihanna donned a conservative (for her) black jump suit by Stella McCartney teamed with a bold red lip, while Brooklyn went all out in a gold, black and white floor length gown.
Battleship comes out in cinemas April 12. Will you be seeing it?
