If you’ve read her last bestseller, The Time Traveler’s Wife, you’ll know that reading and Audrey Niffenegger novel is like stepping into a somewhat strange but absolutely captivating parallel world.
Her Fearful Symmetry is set in London in the present day, but is not the drab grey London you would expect. Instead, this London is a place characterised by mirror-image twins, ghosts, graves and lost loves. Even if you don’t usually enjoy books with a supernatural element, set aside your disbelief for a few hours and you won’t be sorry.
