Ingredients
40 mls Housemade Rose Gin
Dash Cointreau
10 mls Housemade hibiscus syrup
10 mls Housemade Rose syrup
30 mls Housemade Hibiscus syrup
20 mls cold pressed lemon juice
dash citric acid acid saline solution
10 mls aqua faba
Charge with prosecco and serve
Method
Dry Shake until foamy then shake and strain over ice.
Garnish with Liquid Nitrogen and charged Rose Petal Shards and dried hibiscus
