THE CRYSTAL COOLER
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Passion Fruit Juice
0.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice Soda Water
METHOD
Add vodka, orange juice, passion fruit juice and fresh lemon juice into a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Top with soda water.
GARNISH
Orange slice
BARE BONES POMEGRANATE
LIGHT-HEADED “LOW-CARB”
1.5 oz vodka
0.5 oz pomegranate juice
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
METHOD
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well, then strain into a martini glass.
GARNISH
Fresh berries
