Physical activity is at the core of a healthy body. The more we use our bodies, the healthier they will become!
However, sometimes we need a little help when it comes to improving our posture, which can help to end back pain. The Body Bolster offers active support of the back, encouraging movement and mobility to allow healthy micro joint movement through the spin.

Here are some highlights:
On why good posture needs to be prioritised:
“Posture is something that needs to be managed carefully, and that people need to become aware of. It’s something that should be taken as seriously as skin care, hair care and fitness regimes because of today’s technology, posture is becoming increasingly quite problematic.”
Why the increase in poor posture and back pain:
“Most of our life is spent in a forward position. Texting, typing, driving and household chores are all in this rolled forward position. What tends to happen is our range of motion becomes very limited. It’s important to pay attention to our movements every day and how our body is positioned.”
The warning signs:
“Migraines, headaches, strain, little ‘niggly’ pains. In some cases, rolled shoulders. It creeps up on you, that’s the dangerous part. For every inch that your head is pulled forward, you are doubling the load on your back”
What we should focus on:
“What we should focus on is stacking. Become more aware of how you are sitting.”
On the Body Bolster:
“It can be integrated into your busy life. Because it’s air inflated, it does become more flexible for individuals to use. People have different backs, so it has different adjustment levels. There’s different places, to be able to get the support where you need it. Wherever you feel the need to put a fist to relieve tension, or get support, that’s where you want to put the Body Bolster.”
