How To: Glowing Skin Beauty Tips…
Glowing skin from within: yes, that’s right ladies, gloriously glowy skin radiates from the inside out, just look at the divine Miranda Kerr, who treats her body like a temple, feeding it all the nutrients it needs. Have you ever seen a more radiant complexion? That’s right–read on: drink plenty of water a day (2 litres is recommended). Antioxidants and Omega-3’s have been proven to up skin luminosity, so be sure to eat your dark leafy greens and lots of fish. Sleeping beauty: getting plenty of sleep is paramount to looking fresh and radiant. Aim for 8 hours every night. While you’re sleeping, your skin is renewed and restored. Old, dead skin cells are replaced and the effects that the daily external aggressors have on your skin are reversed. This is the best time to repair and revamp by using an intensive hydrating and restorative serum before bed, or a certified organic rosehip oil (seriously, this stuff is worth its weight in gold for improving skin tone and texture).

Exfoliate: A key step to lovely luminous skin is shedding those dead skin cells! We recommend using an exfoliating scrub twice a week (don’t overdo it or you’ll damage the epidermis of the skin).

Switch up your moisturiser every season: As each new season rolls around, your skin requirements change based on the effects of the elements. In winter, you need a more nourishing, intensive moisturiser–in summer, you need something lightweight, oil free, and with an increased SPF to protect from UV damage. Concentrate strictly on cheekbones and brow bones.
