The first season of The Bachelorette Australia may be a while away, but have we already learnt who will steal Bachelorette Sam Frost’s heart?
Reports have surfaced that twenty-five-year-old contestant Kayne Buik from Mandurah, WA, may have received twenty-five-year-old Bachelorette Sam’s final rose, and the evidence looks convincing.

The rumours were sparked after Kayne posted a photo of a fresh tattoo of a red rose on his right arm on Instagram. And it didn’t take long for Bachelor fans to take notice.
As the iconic symbol for the reality dating series, the rose has been interpreted as a sign that Bachelorette Sam Frost and Kayne Buik are indeed dating.
The image was posted on Instagram with the caption ‘new addition’. A commenter, who has been identified as Kayne’s sister, Kiara, was less cryptic in her comment, writing ‘#Bachelorette’.

In an odd twist of reality television fate, the second commenter on the photo happened to be former Big Brother contestant Lawson Reeves, who gained notoriety for cheating on his long-term girlfriend with fellow contestant, Cat Law. Lawson joked about the reference to their shared reality television fame, commenting: ‘Should I get an eye?’
The Daily Mail have reported that Kayne has recently resigned from his fly-in fly-out job in WA, possibly to be closer to Sam, who lives in Sydney.

‘Last day of fifo [fly-in fly-out] for a very, very long time! Bring on the better things in life :),’ Kayne also revealed on Instagram, alongside a photo of a Qantas plane, alongside an emoji of a rose.
Filming for The Bachelorette reportedly wrapped four weeks ago, and reports have surfaced that Sam has been baking regular trips out of Sydney to see the recipient of her final rose.

Some of the other Bachelorette contestants will include Luke Haddrick, Sasha Mielczarek, Dave Billsborrow, Dave Lloyd, Will Ferrier, Alex Cameron, Michael Turnbull, David Witko, Richie Strahan and Kieren Nicholson.
Though Network Ten have kept their lips sealed about a date for the premiere of The Bachelorette, it is believed that the series will commence shortly after the finale of The Bachelor.
