We’re super excited to announce that Jennifer Aniston’s fragrance is hitting our shores in just two days. It’s her debut perfume released in partnership with international fragrance house IFF.
In 1994 Friends hit our television screens and we all fell in love with Rachel played by the natural beauty Jennifer Aniston. Since then, Aniston has become an A-list film actress starring in so many favourite rom-coms and more. Her latest flick, The Switch, is due out later this year and we can’t wait to see what she brings to the silver screen.
The 42-year-old’s casual elegance has made her a style icon, making best-dressed lists and most beautiful people lists for years. We are, without a doubt, in love with the stars style and as soon as we heard about the debut fragrance we knew it would encapsulate all her elegance.
Housed in a very simple and elegant bottle, the design was inspired by Aniston’s love of the architecture. The sculptural glass bottle is just the type you’ll want to keep after the fragrance has run out.
And the scent itself?
Inspired by her personal collection of scents, it is made up of top and middle notes of Citrus Grove, Rose Water, Jasmine, Violets and Lily. Warm wood base notes of musk, amber and sandalwood, give the light scent a hint of the small of wood fires, bringing to mind summer evening wood fires by the beach.
It’s very much what you’d expect from the lovely Ms Aniston; low key, feminine and a little bit sexy. Great to wear to the office and a perfect fragrance to wear with your favourite jeans and tee. I think men are also going to love this fragrance, as it’s subtle and pretty.
