It’s a war between actress Jennifer Aniston and Fox news personality Bill O’Reilly this week, as the actress has snapped back at O’Reilly about his comments towards her concerning motherhood.
The actress is currently filming a new role about a woman who gets pregnant using a sperm donor. The movie The Switch has caused Aniston to comment to the public on her thoughts on the matter, as she recently stated “women are realizing it more and more, knowing that they don’t have to settle with a man just to have that child.”
Bill O’Reilly was outraged about Aniston’s comments on the family unit, after she continued “Love is love and family is what is around you and who is in your immediate sphere.” The TV personality claimed her comments to be “destructive to our society”, and accused Aniston of “diminishing the role of the dad.”
Thankfully Aniston has had her quick and witty revenge as she recently told People magazine “Of course, the ideal scenario for parenting is obviously two parents of a mature age. Parenting is one of the hardest jobs on earth. And, of course, many women dream of finding Prince Charming (with fatherly instincts), but for those who’ve not yet found their Bill O’Reilly, I’m just glad science has provided a few other options.”
