Jessica Simpson has finally given birth tho a healthy baby girl after what seemed like the longest pregnancy in Hollywood history!
If you thought Jessica Simpson should have given birth at least three months ago, you wouldn’t be alone.
Jessica and her fiancée Eric Johnson, have finally welcomed healthy (albeit large) baby girl, Maxwell Drew Johnson into the world.
“Eric and I are elated to announce the birth of our baby girl, Maxwell Drew Johnson,” Jess wrote on her website yesterday. Baby Maxwell (or “Maxi”) weighed in at 9lbs 13oz (4.45kg) – but considering the size of Jessica’s belly throughout the pregnancy, we’re not surprised!
Just earlier this week the twitterverse was alive with rumours Simpson had already given birth, and celebrities had even tweeted their concern on why she hadn’t.
“Has Jessica Simpson had that baby yet?! I’m getting anxious,” Katy Perry tweeted.
“How has jessica simpson still not given birth to this baby? I’m getting frightened,” Chelsea Handler tweeted as well.
Fans have been tweeting similar concerns: “Is it my imagination or has Jessica Simpson been pregnant for well over a year? Is she carrying a wooly mammoth?”
“I’m convinced Jessica Simpson is pregnant with a 17-year-old at this point.”
“Urging the authorities in multiple states to review Jessica Simpson’s ultrasound for open missing person reports. She’s eating people, guys.”
