In proving that her controversy heyday is far from over, Kate Moss spent her weekend getting kicked off a plane (and an EasyJet flight at that) and insulting the pilot while she was at it.
The 41-year-old supermodel was flying back home to the UK from Bodrum, Turkey when it all went down. A tattletale fellow passenger told MailOnline that Moss, who had been in Turkey celebrating Sadie Frost’s 50th birthday at the luxe LifeCo Clinic spa, was refused alcohol and therefore decided to pour herself some vodka from her cabin luggage (as you do) when the crew decided to take action.

MailOnline quotes, “She called the pilot a ‘basic b**** as police led her off the plane, she was a little drunk and had a disagreement with another passenger on the flight as she was refused alcohol and then went to serve her own vodka from her cabin luggage. But she was not aggressive to anyone and was funny really, the EasyJet crew was acting out of proportion.”
“We were called to assist staff in escorting a passenger from a flight arriving into Luton airport this afternoon. The passenger had been reported as being disruptive on the flight.” a spokesman for Bedfordshire Police said, “Officers attended and escorted the passenger from the plane. No formal complaints were made against her and she was not arrested.”
Funnily enough, EasyJet and Moss have a history. Last July it was reported that the supermodel, “clearly inebriated”, tried to talk her way on to a flight without a ticket (again, as you do). Eventually Moss, who had coincidentally been staying at the same luxury detox spa this recent trip, eventually managed to get on the plane. Unfortunately for the other passengers, the whole debacle caused the flight to be delayed almost two and a half hours!
Note to self: if Kate Moss is on your flight, expect a serious delay.
