What do Julia Roberts, Kate Winslet, Penélope Cruz, Lupita Nyong’o and Lily Collins have in common?

Lancôme, of course! Paris got a little bit more beautiful this week as the gorgeous faces of Lancôme from past and present gathered for the iconic beauty brand’s 80^th anniversary. Hosted by Lancôme’s General Manager, Françoise Lehmann at Casino de Paris, the ‘WÔW’ party (nicknamed after Lancôme’s signature letter) saw the coming together of brand ambassadors young and old, including guest of honour Isabella Rossellini, Julia Roberts, Kate Winslet, Penélope Cruz, Lupita Nyong’o, Lily Collins, Daria Werbowy and Alma Jodorowsky.

Joined by 1200 other guests from the beauty, fashion, film and art world, the women wore stunning shades of black and silver; with Lupita Nyong’o once again stealing the show with her dazzling silver-sequined Prada gown.

Kate Winslet looked alluringly chic in an Azzedine Alaia LBD.

Julia Roberts took her usual sophisticated charm to the pink carpet with her striking black shorts suit.

Other guests on the night included Michelle Rodriguez, John Legend, Caroline de Maigret, Nicole Warne (glowing in an elegant red backless slip dress), Elettra Rossellini Wiedemann, Chrissy Teigen, Ellen von Unwerth, amongst many others.

The guests were treated to music from French DJ Kiddy Smile, and an exclusive performance by the Goddess herself, Kylie Minogue, who later mingled with the crowd in her radiant red dress and matching platforms. Kylie played a set of classics to an enraptured crowd, including a fitting performance of ‘Happy Birthday’.

In the midst of haute couture week, the ‘WÔW’ party is one of the highlights of a series of celebrations as part of Lancôme’s landmark anniversary year. ‘Editions du Regard’, a book celebrating the brand’s heritage was released in January this year, followed by the brand’s launch of their first ever online exclusive range of Lancome products. The brand have also announced plans to launch two extremely limited edition products: the re-edition of Les Jumelés (a decadent jewel lipstick case), and an exclusive edition of the new La Vie est Belle l’Extrait lotion, created in collaboration with France’s oldest high jeweller, Mellerio dit Mellers.
