Glee starlet Lea Michele has just been announced as the new face of L’Oréal Paris cosmetics. Joining the brand’s other celebrity ambassadors including Jennifer Lopez, Eva Longoria and Megan Gale, Lea’s first commercials will hit US screens in 2013.

The brand is hoping by having Lea on board, they will be able to further spread their message and products to younger women.
Upon signing with the major cosmetics company, Lea said: “L’Oréal Paris encourages women to embrace their beauty and celebrate their self-worth. I feel very honored to be working with L’Oréal to help spread that message to young women.”
L’Oréal Paris USA president Karen T. Fondu added: “A beautiful woman inside and out, Lea truly exemplifies our brand philosophy, ‘Because You’re Worth It.
The stunning Glee actress is not the only new face in the cosmetics world, Gwyneth Paltrow has also recently signed up to collaborate with leading make up brand Max Factor.
The movie star and former face of Estée Lauder, will front a six-month global campaign for the brand, starting in November.
Pat McGrath, Max Factor’s Global Creative Design Director, commented on the new collaboration with Gwyneth saying: “I tasked 11 of our national makeup artists to create three glamour statements for Gwyneth. These were to be inspired by her life and the different roles she has to play — model, actress, mother, singer.”
The new ‘Gwyneth’ campaign has been designed to give inspiration to other women, helping them find the “glamour statements that are right for them.”
