There’s a New Moon eclipse AND a Full Moon eclipse this month so mark May down in your diary as very powerful! The New Moon eclipse is in the sign of Taurus, which is the sign related to – among other things; the planet of love and riches. Meanwhile the Full Moon eclipse is in the sign of Sagittarius.
One thing we can say about May is that thanks to the eclipses, it’s very much a month where we can turn our finances around. Of course, the world economies have been very much up against it in the past few years. Can the eclipse change things? Well, yes and no. yes if we all change. No if we all remain in a state of fear when it comes to our thoughts about cash. So how are you when it comes to money? Do you believe there is plenty out there or are you holding your breath for the fall of Wall St and a triple dip recession so you can say “I told you so!” Do you feel trapped when it comes to cash or do you believe that money is energy and flow abundantly to those who welcome it without fear? Use the eclipse this month to work out your thoughts re money and to work through any financial fears you have. If you grew up in a home where you were always reminded that money doesn’t grow on trees, you need to reprogram your thoughts. OK so money doesn’t actually grow on trees but it’s not THAT hard to earn it. Focus on the idea that the money which flows to you is a physical rewards for your efforts.
This is a potentially break through month. We also have the latest of the clangings on the heavenly bells, Uranus clashing with Pluto. This is the cosmic configuration which is reminding us that change is inevitable and we have to move with the times. If you are scared of changing, you are holding yourself back. If you are allowing your life to evolve, you are well and truly on the right track!

A lot of the main developments for you in the coming six months will be all about your working life. The New Moon eclipse this month is taking place in one of the best possible places for you – your 10th House, which is the part of your chart which deals with your career. If you love your work but want to tweak your career direction, now is the moment to take action. Speak to the powers-that-be, find out what you need to study to get the right qualifications, etc. And if you’re happy in your work, the eclipse is still going to boost you – your professional stocks are about to soar. If you’re sexy but single and looking for love, this is the ideal time to either go to as many parties as you’re invited to, or to throw a party or dinner part of your own and see what happens. Anywhere that you have to spend time with lots of people rather than one on one is best for you over the new few months.
