INFORMATION FOR ALL THE SIGNS
The biggest event this month has to be the passage of Venus across the Sun. This will take place on June 6 2012, as a part of the Venus Retrograde we’re currently in. This is a twice in a lifetime event – the last time Venus transited the Sun was June 8 2004. But before that? December 1874 and December 1882! After the June 2012 event, the next one will take place in December 2117 and December 2125.
So what does it mean? For me it’s the Universe trying to align the masculine and feminine energies. If you are a student of pre-history you will know that it’s widely believed that before our patriarchal (male-dominated) society came about, it was matriarchal (female-dominated). The oldest building on Earth (Hagar Qim in Malta) is a temple believed to have been used for Goddess-worship. Venus is the feminine. Yin. The Sun is masculine. Yang. If we can get these two energies in balance, society will be better off. That’s on a world scale but what about a personal scale? Well, we all need to balance our male and female aspects. If we are too female/yin, we never leave the house, we lack motivation and ambition, we let others rule and we don’t stand up for ourselves. If we are too male/yang, we tend to brag and boast and argue, start fights and even wars and neglect our inner self.
So use this month to re-evaluate yourself. If you know you are out of whack, it’s easy to adjust. If you’re too yin, force yourself outside into the sunlight, do something competitive, stand up for what you believe in. If you’re too yang, meditate, breathe deep when you get angry and do something creative, like painting. A balanced human is a happy human!

The Venus transit is taking place as a part of the Venus retrograde cycle. If you’re weighing up a travel or study plan and wondering how much of yourself you want to give or how much you want to spend, then keep wondering – the answers should have come by the end of this cycle. YOU ALSO NEED TO KNOW THAT …
“Never mind the past, here comes the eclipse!”
There is a Full Moon eclipse this month so there is going to be a lot going on! Read on for info about what it means for your sign:
Over the past few weeks, you’ve hopefully allowed yourself the luxury of caring less about the details and more about seeing The Big Picture. With any luck, you now have a much clearer sense or either where you are going (in a metaphorical sense) or where you want to go (in a literal sense). There has been mind expanding going on – via travel, dreams of travel, talk with someone with connections far away or study. Now, though, as you might have guessed, it’s time to rein yourself back in and check out what’s going on in your own backyard. There are little tasks and chores which need to be attended to before you head off for the wild blue yonder.
And we can’t finish without mentioning that also in June, the lucky planet Jupiter is changing signs for the first time in 12 months, leaving Taurus to move into Gemini. Librans who want to travel or study have amazingly supportive Stars for the coming 12 months.
