Still Not Confident Applying Your Faux Lashes? The Team At Ardell Natural Lashes Share Their Top Tips For Faux Lash Application.
Note: First timers; never try to apply them when you’re getting ready to go out… take 5 minutes on a day that you find you have some spare time. We all know we’re impatient and will give up when frustrated!
Step 1. Remove the lash from the tray by pressing the lash with your thumb against the tray in a downward sweeping motion until it comes away from the tray, never pick at the band, you will loosen the hair strands and it will lose its shape.
Step 2. Tweezers are your friend, they’ll allow you hold the lash without blocking your view. Pick up the lash from the center and place it on top of your own lash. Remember eyes are all different shapes and sizes. Align the lash to your own starting at the inner corner, you will cut off any excess towards the outside of the band.
Step 3. Apply a thin strip of adhesive to the band and allow around 30 seconds to dry.
Step 4. If your tweezers are directly in the centre of the lash and you align the tweezers with the centre of your eye, you’ll get it right the very first time! Just set the strip on top of your own lash, in the centre of your eye and either using the tip of your tweezers or your finger tips, gently push down across the band to secure, then hold the corners down for a few seconds. Do the same with the other eye and you’re done! The adhesive dries completely within a minute or so. It may feel heavy at first, but within minutes, you’ll forget you’re wearing them.
No curling, no smudging, no clumps, just great looking lashes!
