“Rock of Ages” actress Malin Akerman and her husband of five years, Italian musician Roberto Zincone are expecting their first child Akerman’s rep confirmed to Us Weekly.

The couple, who married in Italy in 2007, first met when Akerman was the lead singer of a band called The Petalstones, in which her now husband was the drummer.
Appreciative for all heart-felt comments she’s received so far on Twitter, Akerman tweeted, “Thank you all for your warm congratulations 🙂 My husband and I couldn’t be more excited about the news!!”
There’s been no word yet on a due date or how far along she is.
The 34-year-old actress has starred in big screen films ‘The Heartbreak Kid’, ‘Watchmen’ and ‘Couples Retreat’.
