The look on the Alex Perry runway was all about night time glam.
Kate Squires, National Creative Team Leader for Napoleon Perdis, said the Alex Perry look was all about “a little shimmer, a little shadow and a lot of chutzpah”. The beautiful evening look showed models with dramatic, smokey eyes to add an element of the exotic to the Arabian Princess themed show.
While the eyes had attitude, the rest of the look was soft and luminous to create high glamour. Luminous skin and soft pink lips softened the overall look and made the eyes the main feature.
How to recreate the look:
After establishing a luminous base using Boudoir Mist Spray Foundation and Sand Beige Loose Dust #37, we lined the eyes in black kohl and embellished with a dramatic metallic charcoal that extends to the temples.
We used a glint of silver placed strategically in the eye socket to update the smokey eye look and make the eyes shine.
To finish off the look and keep it fresh, we used Napoleon Perdis Set Lipstick in San Francisco on the models lips.
