Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer amongst women in Australia. And sadly one in nine women will be diagnosed with the disease in their lifetime.
Though great progress has been made since 1994, continued funding for research is still extremely important and that is why we need to rally together this month to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The support of Australians and companies throughout October is vital for the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) to achieve the goal of zero deaths by 2030 and David Jones is proud to be a Diamond Partner for the NBCF.
There are a number of ways you can support for the NBCF to help make this goal a reality.
Shop for a cause
Thursday 4 October is Shop Pink Donation Day when David Jones will donate the profit from all purchases made online or in all stores nationally to the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF). Come in store and shop for a cause TODAY!
Other ways to support…
David Jones is the exclusive department store retailer of Pink merchandise. You can support the National Breast Cancer Foundation throughout Breast Cancer Awareness month by purchasing a pink ribbon, David Jones Charity Bear or make a donation at any David Jones store during the month of October.
