Nicole Kidman Finally Spills on Tom Cruise
Nicole Kidman has given an unusually revealing interview about her marriage to Tom Cruise for the December issue of Vanity Fair.
Nicole revealed how being part of such a high-profile couple at 23 was isolating, saying “there is something about that sort of existence that, if you really focus on each other and you’re in that bubble, it’s very intoxicating, because it’s just the two of you.”
“It brings you very close, and it’s deeply romantic. There’s nobody else who understands it except that person who’s sleeping right next to you.”
She compares her relationship with Tom to that of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, explaining that she could only truly relate to Tom during that time because he was the only other person who could understand what she was going through.
After her marriage with Tom ended, Nicole says she spent a great deal of time on her own, because she needed to “grow up.”
Nicole calls Keith Urban her “great love,” and says she never knew if she would find somebody else after Tom.
Keith and Nicole have relocated to Nashville, and Nicole explains how she would prefer their relationship to revolve around Keith’s career and focus on her own from afar.
“You can have a certain career, but you can’t be living in Hollywood, absolutely everything, everything revolves around it,” she said.
Apparently the actress very rarely gets noticed in Nashville, and is now surprised when she is recognised in public— we’re pretty certain we would recognise her in a heartbeat if she walked by us!
Keith himself also participated in an intimate interview with chat show queen Ellen DeGeneres, admitting that he and Nicole send the occasional sext…once a year!

Lisa Kudrow’s Nose Job
Former Friends star Lisa Kudrow has revealed how having a nose job changed her life at the age of sixteen.
Lisa, who played hilarious hippy Phoebe Buffay on everyone’s favourite TV show of the 90’s, told the Saturday Evening Post that she was so insecure about her looks that she had her nose reshaped.
She calls the surgery “life-altering.”
“I went from, in my mind, hideous, to not hideous,” she said.
The surgery was done before she started at a new high school, so that her new peers wouldn’t know “how hideous I looked before.”
She has no regrets about the surgery, labelling it “a good, good, good change.”
Lisa isn’t the only Friends star to come out about her changing her appearance, with Jennifer Aniston previously admitting that she lost weight at the beginning of her career to help her land jobs.
In the interview, Lisa also revealed that she experienced anti-Semitism when she arrived at college, because there were people who had “never met a Jew before.”
Lisa recently hit the big 5-0, and has been married to advertising executive Michael Stern for eighteen years.
Doutzen Kroes is Guilty for Making Us Insecure
Victoria’s Secret model Doutzen Kroes feels guilty for making all the rest of us mere mortals feel bad about our bodies.
“Sometimes it makes me feel guilty that I am now in this profession that makes certain girls insecure,” she told Page Six.
The Dutch beauty criticises airbrushing in ads for promoting insecurity, “I always say, I don’t like the picture. If you put me in bad light with no hair and makeup, it’s not good.”
But don’t worry— she’s really just like us, “I wake up sometimes like, this is not what I look like in the magazine. Who is this visitor in the bathroom?” You and the rest of us Doutzen!
The stunner, who is one of the faces of L’Oreal, also revealed that she is in favour of new laws protecting models under the age of eighteen— a huge step forward for an industry repeatedly criticised for their use of underage models.
Blake Lively New Face of L’oreal Paris
Blonde babe Blake Lively has been announced as the global ambassador of L’Oreal Paris.
According to L’Oreal Paris, Blake was chosen for “embodying all the modern codes of Hollywood glamour,” and exuding sensuality and elegance.
Blake says she is excited to work with the brand, and cited their tagline “Because you’re worth it” as instilling confidence in women.
The actress’s influence seems to be spreading, with Blake already an ambassador for Chanel, as well as the face of Gucci’s Premiere fragrance. Blake joins a slew of other L’Oreal Paris ambassadors including Julianne Moore, Beyonce Knowles and Jane Fonda.
