Born and raised in Singapore, with a career that has spanned New York City, Sydney, New Zealand, Melbourne and Asia, Nigel Stanislaus is truly an international makeup artist. His work has been seen on the pages of high-fashion magazines including Harper’s Bazaar, L’Officiel, Elle, Marie Claire, GQ, and Esquire and contoured the faces of celebrities including Ruby Rose, Coco Rocha, Erin Wasson, Melanie Brown (Scary Spice), and many more.
In recent years he has been a creative director and guest judge on Asia’s Next Top Model, and been part of the making of X Factor, Project Runway, Make Me A Supermodel and Australia’s Next Top Model. He was at the helm of Maybelline New York as the first ever contracted Makeup Director for Australia and has in his career directed more than 150 fashion shows, backed by a 50-strong team.
