As part of the Adelaide Spirit Festival, NURLANTHI (pronounced Nur-lan-di) is a fashion show that hopes to intensify the relationship between art and fashion through Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural fashion performance.
The show is set to leave their audience breathless, as they are taken through a magical journey that reveals contemporary Australian Indigenous Culture through textiles, models and songs. There will be a total of 9 collections on show.
The band, Electric Fields from Adelaide’s Fashion Festival presented by Mercedes-Benz Adelaide will be performing live at NURLANTHI.
The show will be playing in Tandanya National Aboriginal Culture Institute on 20th October 2016.
