The simplicity and easy glamour of Jayson Brunsdon and the retro glam swimwear meets high school musical stylish gym wear of Anna & Boy, took to the catwalk last night at Rosemount Fashion Week Day 3.
Anna & Boy’s 1950s inspired models in lace-up pastel platform shoes and polka dot bikinis, complimented their look with OPI’s bright colourful pastels shades Gargantuan Green Grape (a vibrant pastel green) and What’s with the Cattitude (a pastel pale blue).
Vibrant shades of pastel eye shadow in hot pink, coral, aqua, blue and green and nude lips further created the pin-up girl look. Hair was pilled up in a tassel of beehive curls or neatly tucked into old-fashioned floral swimming caps.
The show featured a variety of pastel stripes and playful angular prints; Gidget inspired pants and caftan style overshirts; sexy backless maxi dresses and plunging halter neck swimmers.
Even the music took a fun retro twist with an Elvis Presley soundtrack.
Jayson’s stylish parade featured pastels and classic cuts.
