YSL Rock and Baroque
YSL’s fall 2010 makeup collection was created for the flamboyant and confident girl who isn’t afraid to play with juxtaposing textures and shades. From the exciting new take on the traditional French manicure, to eyes highlighted in turquoise and purple stained lips, this collection is not for the faint hearted!
Kickstarting the collection are the fabulous Manucure Couture Colour Nail Polish Duos – four twin set nail polish duos designed to be worn together in a modern take on the French Manicure. Les Contrasts De Chanel
Paying tribute to Coco Chanel’s iconic bold and contrasting style Peter Philips- Global Creative Director of Chanel Makeup, has paired soft smoky eyes in grey, taupe and khaki with soft, pale lips in Chanel’s latest fall makeup collection.
In true Chanel fashion, the standout product from the collection is the Le Vernis Nail Colour in Paradoxal, a stunning two tone grey-violet shade which will no doubt become the new it colour of the season. RRP $39.00
The iconic Joues Contraste Powder Blush which has attracted a cult following for many years due to its long wearing, lightweight formula, is now available in three new super pretty limited edition hues: Pink Explosion, Rose Temptation and Plum Attraction. RRP $71.00

Dior Fall 2010 Makeup Collection
Inspired by the modern and daring Dior woman, the fall 2010 makeup collection pairs sensual mauve and purple hues with smoky charcoal and grey shades with a strong focus on the eyes.
Kickstarting the collection is the Diorshow Maximizer Lash Plumping Serum– a lash enhancing serum that amps up eyelash volume by 52 percent, lash length by 38 percent and curl by 73 percent for seriously full and feminine lashes. RRP $43.00
We simply adore the Dior 5 Couleurs Designer Pallette in Pink Design (pictured lower left), comprised of five complimentary shades including a soft smokey taupe, iridescent brown and dark charcoal shade paired with a soft muted pink and white highlighting shade all in a slick little compact. Shu Uemura Florescent Fall Makeup Collection
Inspired by the soft velvety textures and deeply rich coloured petals of a flower in bloom, Shu Uemura’s Fall 2010 makeup collection features a seriously pretty, feminine and oh so whimsical colour palette.
Our favourite product from the range is the limited edition Graceful Bloom Palette. This eye and lip compact features seven pretty shades including soft violet, lilac and deep purple paired with soft pinks and khaki, all packaged in a seriously sweet oriental floral compact. To die for! RRP $89
