Michael Edwards’ hosts a series of one day fragrance master classes every year when he visits Australian shores, and if you are a perfume lover we highly recommend you book in. This educational, relaxed and extremely enjoyable day was spent smelling some of the most infamous and iconic scents ever to be created. Michael took us through his famed Fragrance Wheel, teaching us how to differentiate between the fourteen fragrance families, so by the end of the day we could actually tell the difference between a Soft Oriental and an Oriental. Learning how to describe the notes that gives a fragrance its character and having a proper understanding of what perfumes you like and why is a skill you will definitely take away from this terrific class.
