Two new additions to the collection were road tested by a Rescu. skincare expert in her 50s. The products address the concerns of lost vitality, plumpness and firmness so we saw to it that the products were tried out by ‘experienced’ skin that was crying out for some TLC and a visible difference.
Depending on your skin type, there are two anti-ageing moisturisers to choose from: Ceramide Plump Perfect Ultra Lift and Firm Moisture Cream or Lotion. Both feature CTP technology ( Cellular Plumping Technology) which combines wonder peptide Snap-8 together with collagen supporting Hibiscus Seed Extract and sunscreen to protect, rev up and smooth out the complexion. The triple Ceramide complex boosts hydration and provides essential lipids for the skin and ultimately we found that they helped to keep moisture locked into the skin throughout the day. The extra benefit and amped up results was pairing the Cream with the Gentle Line Smoothing Exfoliator. The older and dryer the skin, the more impact a good exfoliator can have on the appearance of the complexion and the absorbtion of product your put on afterward. A creamy and rich formula with super fine beads, this product left the skin smooth, soft and glowing with health. Our tester used the Line Smoothing Exfoliator product 3 times a week for 2 weeks and noticed a difference from the very first time but quite remarkable changes at the end of week 2. She commented that the combination of the two products was a wake up call for her tired, dry skin. She also wanted to let our readers know that her make up lasted longer and looked more natural as her skin was primed and very hydrated before she applied make-up.
